Since it’s been six days since my last release it means that this is a regular chapter. I’m still in the middle of pre-exams so just like last time I will make no promises for there to be a sponsored chapter on the 8th but it is my intention to make it in time.

In the previous chapter release, I started a poll concerning the age-range of the main characters and the results are in! A bare majority of you felt that it was good as it was (~54%) so I wont be doing any major changes right now. On another note, I’ve been getting some comments that Raven’s friends’ reactions/reasoning might be a bit advanced for their age and I have to admit that they, at times at least, have a point. I think that I’ve justified this, so far, with the notion that while the soul of a spiritualist grows stronger, and their spirit connections they gain, allow them to perceive the world around them more clearly and subsequently helps them mature faster. However, this hasn’t really been made clear in a good way in the story…

So, there are few ways I could deal with this:

1. I could find somewhere in the novel where it fits to add my previous reasoning, to make it official.
2. I could make ‘age-shift’ in the story by extending the period Raven got with her family by perhaps two to three years and changing the age period one is supposed to attend Sky Academy to say ages 11-21, rather than 9-19.
3. I could leave it as it is, and just keep it in mind going forward.

Oh, right! As some of you know, I’ve been wallowing back and forth between “songstress” and “singer” for Raven’s second… third(?) … alias. After some comments on RR I chose Songstress but after writing this chapter and building up chapters to come I’ve decided to go back to Singer. It just works better for what I have planed. In the last post I raised the question of sightly raising the donation/chapter to 200 SEK (an increase of barely $4) to make things a bit easier for me. No objections have been made, in fact, quite a few people have contacted me and suggested that I should push it even higher, all the way up to $60-75 per chapter (the amount many other authors at for example Royal Road ask for). However, seeing as this is a hobby of mine, I don’t really want to ask for that much; I write because I like sharing my story with whoever’s interested enough to read it. At the same time, the higher release pace people are making donations for (which is awesome in itself!) has made me cut back on my part-time job a bit, which I will have to do even more if I hope to keep up with the release schedule even during the upcoming March exams. So, instead of raising to 200 SEK, I will raise it to 250 SEK (~$30) for now. As mentioned, the already sponsored chapters (four fully sponsored and one at 11%) will still be sponsored to that degree ^.^
